Psychologies magazine is a monthly women's magazine dedicated to personal development and wellbeing.

History

1970: Creation of Psychologies par Agnès et Bernard Loiseau. Sales rose to 70,000 copies.

1997: The magazine is bought by Jean-Louis Servan-Schreiber and his wife Perla (Finev), who, taking inspiration from the American Psychology Today magazine, rename and relaunch the Psychologies magazine. After only a few years of publication the magazine finds success to reach 320,000 copies in 2005.

2004: Hachette Filipacchi Médias purchases 49 % of Finev's capital.

2005: Creation of five international editions of the Psychologies magazine in Italy, Spain, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Russia.

2006: Creation of a Chinese edition.

2008: Buy out of the remaining 51% of Finev capital by Largardère Active. Creation of a Mexican edition.
