Ita Ever (born

is an
Estonian film, radio, theater and television actress.
Ita Ever began her career in 1953 as a stage actress and has appeared in numerous Estonian and Russian film productions. She was formerly married to Estonian actor
Eino Baskin and is the mother of director/actor
Roman Baskin.
In 1983 Ita Ever starred in the
Russian language film adaption of
Agatha Christie's novel
A Pocket Full of Rye (using the Russian edition's translated title,
The Secret of the Blackbirds) as the character of
Miss Marple.
