From this marriage, which eventually ended in divorce, she has two daughters:

Currently, she has been in a relationship with Chaichon Locharernkul (M.D), a professor at the Faculty of Medicine at Chulalongkorn University, of which the Princess herself has specialization in epileptology. They often appear together in public places both in Thailand and abroad, but a formal engagement between him and the Princess has not been made public nor has it been made official. He has always accompanied her, as Chulabhorn continues to be involved in many areas and travels extensively abroad as well, mostly in Asia and the Pacific region.
