Arvato services is an international provider of customer communication and logistics services. Its services range from the systematic collection and exploitation of qualified addresses, to outsourcing of customer contacts to service centers, to developing and implementing customer
loyalty programs and processing payment transactions. The logistics services provided go far beyond the delivery of products and coordinating and steering their shipment to customers: consulting, procurement/purchasing and production services are also offered, along with order management, warehousing, financial services, returns processing and repair services.
Arvato print
Arvato print’s services run the gamut from consulting and conception to preprint (image processing, layout, preparing the printing plates), print (offset, gravure, digital printing) and finishing (binding, personalization, addressing, delivery etc.), and also include supplementary services (warehousing, distribution etc.).
Arvato digital services
arvato digital services is a vendor of integrated service packages for the video, audio, games and IT/technology sectors. Its service chain covers everything from post production and replication to fulfillment, from distribution/supply chain management and financial services to electronic content distribution, all backed by end-to-end IT systems.
Current contracts for arvato digital services include Air France, American Express, Autodesk, Expedia.ca and Microsoft, offering support for Xbox, Zune, Microsoft Store United States and MSDN product lines.

Satyam to offer
solutions for the medium-sized enterprise market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
